"Not really Worth it for Me"
The prices just felt a bit High for what I actually got. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but I didn’t feel like the value was really There.

"Got the wrong insulation sizes"
I ordered a few rolls of insulation and the sizes that showed up weren’t the ones I picked online. Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I wanted to get everything figured out. Not a total disaster, just frustrating when you’re trying to get a job done and need the right materials. Anyway.

"Heads up: boards arrived rough and peeling"
Just a warning for anyone thinking about ordering these insulation boards: a few of mine showed up with bent corners and the facing already peeling off in places. For something sold as new, I really wasn’t expecting it to arrive looking that beat up.
I ended up using some of them anyway because I was on a deadline, but they cut messier than other brands I’ve used and shed more than I’d like. I wouldn’t buy these again unless the quality control improves.

"Delivery showed up quicker than I thought"
I ordered from insulation4us.com while I was trying to get a few things sorted around the house, and the delivery came faster than I expected. I kept checking the tracking while having my morning coffee, and it was decent overall. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the box looked a bit knocked about when it arrived, but the order itself was fine.

I ordered some insulation from insulation4us.com and the shipping was slower than I thought it would be. When it finally showed up, the packaging was beat up, and one of the packs had a small tear in it. The product was still usable, but I had to tape it up and clean up the mess a bit, which was annoying. Not the absolute Worst experience, but definitely not a Great delivery either

"Customer service took way too long tbh"
Ordering was totally fine, but the customer service kinda ruined the vibe tbh. I emailed them with a delivery question and didn’t hear back for days, and when they finally replied it wasn’t even that helpful lol. Had to follow up again just to get a clear answer. Not the worst experience ever, but yeah, I expected better support.

"Return process took forever"
I had to wait way longer than expected to get my refund, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t much help. Overall, I wouldn’t say the return experience was worth the hassle.
